Service

VaernFlow provides software for freight forwarders to automate document processing, inbox triage, rate quoting, and invoice audit. AI outputs are suggestions — not legal or financial advice.

Subscription

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Cancel anytime for end-of-period cancellation.

Acceptable use

You may not upload content you do not have the rights to, nor attempt to reverse-engineer the service.

Liability

Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid to VaernFlow in the prior 12 months.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Danish law, venue: City Court of Copenhagen.
